Job Description

• Conduct research on current trends and audience preferences
• Design social media strategy to align with business goals, set specific objectives and report on ROI
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Collaborate with other teams (sales and customer service) to ensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current trends in social media, design tools and applications

Qualifications

• 2 – 3 years in Digital Marketing field, open for any industries but mixture of B2C
• Hands on and able to create content on social platform + excellent copywriting skills
• Basic understanding in SEO OR Experience in managing Facebook Page OR Line@
• Good command of English ; able to communicate with internal manager
• Skills in some program >>> Photoshop / Illustrations / Power Directors / Video Edition is a huge plus*
• Mature and strong problem solving skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure with a good attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skill
