AMARIN Presents the Royal Kathin Robe for 2025, Continuing the Legacy of Thai Tradition and Supporting Buddhism
His Majesty the King graciously bestowed the Royal Kathin Robe for the Year 2025 upon Amarin Corporations Public Company Limited, as requested by Mr. Sumet Tantivejkul, Chairman of the Board, to be presented to the monastic community at Wat Chaiyaphrueksamala Ratchaworawihan, Taling Chan District, Bangkok. The ceremony was held to uphold Buddhism and preserve the cherished Thai tradition, with Mr. Sumet Tantivejkul presiding over the offering ceremony, joined by members of the Board of Directors, advisors, executives, employees, distinguished guests from both public and private sectors, as well as devoted participants.
This year’s Royal Kathin offering raised a total of THB 1,576,324 in donations to support the temple’s restoration and religious activities. Amarin Corporations Public Company Limited contributed THB 900,000, while Thai Beverage Public Company Limited donated THB 100,000. Additional contributions included THB 229,133 from Amarin’s Board, advisors, executives, employees, and affiliated companies, THB 240,191 from the general public, and THB 67,000 offered to monks and novices. Furthermore, four educational scholarships, THB 10,000 each, totaling THB 40,000, were granted to support local schools, including Wat Chaiyaphrueksamala Pariyattidhamma School, Wat Chaiyaphrueksamala Kusonsuksa School, Wat Chaiyaphrueksamala School, and Teepangkorn Wittayapat School.
