On Monday, 24 November 2025, Amarin Corporations Public Company Limited received a certification recognizing its membership in the Thai Private Sector Collective Action against Corruption (CAC). The Company Secretary accepted the certificate on behalf of the Company. The certification is valid for a period of three years which was presented at the CAC Certification Ceremony 2/2025 under the theme “CAC Incentive Pool: Creating Transparency Benefits for Sustainable Thai Businesses” at the Hyatt Regency Bangkok Hotel.

The CAC membership certification reflects the Company’s strong commitment to strictly adhering to its anti-corruption policies under a business framework grounded in integrity, transparency, and accountability as part of the Company’s corporate governance policy.
