AMARIN Achieves Perfect 100 Score in 2026 AGM Checklist, Reinforcing Excellence in Corporate Governance

Amarin Corporations Public Company Limited (AMARIN) achieved a full score of 100 in the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) Checklist assessment, rated at the “Excellent” level, reflecting the Company’s strong corporate governance standards and transparency in business operations.

This achievement is the result of the collective efforts of the Board of Directors, management, and employees, who place great importance on the equitable treatment of shareholders, comprehensive and transparent disclosure of information, and the organization of shareholder meetings that encourage active participation in line with good governance principles.

The Company remains committed to continuously enhancing its corporate governance practices, alongside driving its integrated omni-media business across print, digital, television, and events, to create long-term value for shareholders and stakeholders.

The AGM Checklist assessment is organized by the Thai Investors Association in collaboration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). The initiative aims to elevate the standards of shareholder meetings of listed companies in Thailand in accordance with international governance practices, while ensuring that shareholders receive sufficient, accurate, and timely information for effective decision-making. The 2026 assessment results were officially announced on 6 August 2026, with 355 listed companies, representing 42.67%, achieving a full score of 100 at the “Excellent” level.
