AMARIN Certified as a Member of CAC

Amarin Corporations Public Company Limited (AMARIN) announced its commitment to join the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) on June 26, 2024, and was officially certified as a member of the CAC for the first time on September 30, 2025.

AMARIN places great importance on anti-corruption practices, adhering firmly to conducting business with integrity, honesty, transparency, fairness, and in compliance with applicable laws and principles of good corporate governance. The Company recognizes the critical importance of preventing and combating all forms of corruption. To this end, AMARIN has established an Anti-Corruption Policy to serve as a guideline for preventing and addressing corruption-related risks. Under this policy, the Board of Directors, executives, and employees are prohibited from engaging in or accepting any form of corruption, whether direct or indirect, and must not support corrupt practices under any circumstances. Furthermore, AMARIN is committed to strict compliance with its anti-corruption measures, and has implemented a robust organizational structure, risk management framework, internal control systems, and internal audit mechanisms to effectively prevent and suppress corruption within the organization.
