Amarin Book Center Co., Ltd. was incorporated on 26 October 1993 and is a subsidiary of Amarin Corporations Public Company Limited, which holds 99.99% of the shares. The Company has a registered and paid-up capital of THB 50,000,000. It operates a comprehensive publishing distribution business, covering a wide range of printed media produced by the Amarin Group, partner publishers, and independent authors.
The Company later expanded into the retail segment through the establishment of “Naiin Bookstore,” with the aim of fostering closer engagement with readers and serving as a platform for learning, knowledge sharing, and the sustainable dissemination of knowledge within communities.
