(formerly known as Amarin Media and Commerce Co., Ltd.) was established on November 2nd, 2017 with registered capital of 100 million THB and paid-up capital of 50 million THB to conduct business in purchase, procurement, lease, leasehold of various assets and becoming shareholders of limited company and public limited company which considering as a subsidiary of the company since the company holds 99.99 percent of the shares.
