🧭 Role Overview
The Head of Project is a strategic leadership role responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of all media-related projects. This role oversees media strategy, content creation, digital campaigns, and media relations, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a seasoned project manager with deep expertise in the media landscape with a strategic mindset.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full project lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution, delivery, and post-project analysis.
- Define project scopes, objectives, KPIs, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress to ensure milestones are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive media strategy that aligns with the company’s brand goals and business objectives.
- Oversee media campaigns, including events, digital advertising, social media, traditional media (TV, print), and public relations.
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of media plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
🎓 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a significant portion in the media, advertising, or communications industry.
- Strong background in handling end-to-end projects in TV production, digital media, concerts, or branded activations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects from concept to completion.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Able to work both strategically and hands-on, managing cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under deadline pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English is a plus.
