Digital Platform Section Manager

Platform Management
-Conceptualize, develop, deploy, and commercialize a comprehensive suite of solutions that meet the needs of customer.
-Enable customers to interact with online store through a complete range of online channel.
-Identify opportunities while keeping a pulse on digital product trends and customer preferences.
-Communicate effectively with stakeholder and management on status, issues, risks, project goals and objectives.
-Uses analytics to monitor product KPIs and ensure success metrics are being met, identifies opportunities for testing and product enhancements based on results.
-Facilitate collaboration across organization to ensure product delivery lines up with standard of compliance and corporate strategy, working with legal, risk, compliance, operations, design, and technology teams.

Platform Development
-Helps define transformational customer experience to create the fastest and simplest Commercial Customer Experience.
-Own and drive the product development life cycle for assigned strategic projects to ensure customer experience and business objectives that are met from the point of project initiation, through discovery and concepting, definition, development, UAT, refinement and product launch.
-Work with designers assisting with everyday tasks and delivery of customer work, a great opportunity to expand your knowledge.
-Create impressive UI and documentation for websites, applications and other digital solutions.
-Analyze and collect research to create design led solutions based on quantitative and qualitative data.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MBA, Computer Science, IT/MIS, IT Management or related fields.
-Preferred at least 3 years of experiences in E-Commerce, IT Industry or related fields.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in digital product owner/manager, product management, business analyst or business consultant.
-Understand current/changing business processes, participate in defining application and platform functionality.
-Ability to quickly gain an understanding Digital Channels and its priorities while working in a matrixed environment.
-Experience in running/ leading project in IT’s related development products & services.
-Good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
