Head of Financial Planning

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning and running of all the finance activities including carrying out a range of accounting
• Responsible for the financial analysis and initiatives including associated costs/investments and value creation/benefits and the analysis/communication of post implementation
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and
• Continuously improving the planning and forecasting processes to strategic and business goals, in partnership with the Strategy team and Transformation.
• Leading monthly business reviews in our strategic
• Monitoring operational statistics, reports trends, variances, and issues, and takes appropriate
• Providing recommendations of all financial aspects to the CEO and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting for the executive board.

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or similar relevant field or
• CFA a strong
• Strong financial and accounting background including financial analytical skill with experience in a finance senior leadership role.
• Strategic thinker with proven experience in creating, supporting, and communicating long-term strategic and annual
• Strong understanding of corporate strategic planning Ability to build effective, compelling business cases supporting long term investments
• Senior leadership skills guiding, influencing, and advocating for financially prudent investments that effectively balance the company’s strategic goals and
• Ability to lead adaptively through complex and ambiguous problems and
• Excellent written and verbal communication
